We deliver across the United Kingdom.

Options and cost

Standard delivery, £4.99, free on orders over £35, arrives in 3 to 5 working days.
Express delivery, £6.99, arrives in 1 to 2 working days.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at weekends and on bank holidays, go out the next working day.

Collection from the shop

You are welcome to collect from us at 8 Heyes Lane, Timperley, Altrincham, WA15 6EA. Choose collection at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. There is no charge for collection.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm. We are closed on Sundays.

Delays

Occasionally a delivery takes longer than expected. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, email support@lolliandpop.uk and we will chase it.

Outside the UK

We do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom.
