What we sell online

Our website carries our children's clothing range. We stock a great deal more in the shop, including toys, gifts, sweets and balloons, which are available in store only.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. If an item turns out to be out of stock, or if a price has been listed in error, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Products

We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary and there may be slight differences. Age and size guidance is a guide only, and sizing varies between brands. If you are unsure, email us before ordering and we will help.

You must be 18 or over to place an order.

Your rights

Your statutory rights as a consumer are set out in our refund policy and are not affected by these terms.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies.
